The Alice Street Clubhouse is a heritage property in Guelph that now hosts a variety of events and activities.

Originally built to house V. Valeriote’s Shoe Repairing Shop the Clubhouse is a one of the few remaining small commercial buildings in the residential section of The Ward.

Rentals

The Alice Street Clubhouse is available to rent for art openings, workshops, community events and more.

Rentals rates are charged on a sliding scale, with priority going to arts, activism, and community based events.

The clubhouse is equipped with heating and a ceiling fan, a projection screen, and a sound system. Seating, tables, extra lights, or a projector can be provided at extra cost as required.
